Theresa Anderson and I once again traveled to the Netherlands for their Christmas markets and festivals. During the time we were there, we traveled to Brussels and Antwerp, Belgium, along with Amsterdam, Enkhuizen, Goude, Dordrecht and Deventer, Netherlands. During most of those stops, we ate at least one Michelin starred restaurant.
