My good friend Todd Eads has become quite an accomplished chef – and I (along with several other lucky friends of ours) have become the beneficiaries of his extraordinary skill.
Every two months or so, Todd will come over to my house and prepare elaborate meals for us. He experiments in the weeks prior to our “Food Porn” evenings … just to make sure that what he makes for us is up to his standards.
With his brother Troy (and sometimes other “chefs”), Todd creates the most remarkable meals.
